You’ll go through 5 short steps. You can change everything later.
Topics or @channels, one per line (e.g. multiplication, @MathAntics or a channel link)
Only videos matching your topics are shown. After clicking a topic, the search stays inside it: topic coding + “for beginners” searches “coding for beginners”. Applies to the synced extension.
Approve adds the topic to the whitelist. Deny removes the request.

Notifications are a paid-edition feature.
Used today so far: 47 minutes
Counts time when the keyboard or mouse is used, and time when sound is playing (so watching a video counts too). No keyboard or mouse use and no sound for 60+ seconds pauses the count. When the limit is reached: locks the screen, sends a notification (if configured), once per day.
First and last use each day, apps used and time in each, and top websites. Last 7 days, newest first. Kept for 30 days.
The daily activity report is a Pro feature.
Apps: the program in front while the computer is in use. Websites: visits in Chrome and Firefox. Phone alert for new programs: the Notifications step.
Turns monitoring off for 30 min, 1 h, 2 h, or until you unpause. Keyword Watchlist, history checks and screen time all stop. If the YouTube extension is synced, it pauses too. Starting a pause asks for your admin password (the same one as Settings). How to pause or unpause: • Desktop: right-click the tray icon → Pause, or press Ctrl+Alt+P • Browser: click the extension’s toolbar icon, or press Ctrl+Shift+U
Monitoring is on.
Tip: if notifications are set up, you get a message whenever a pause starts.
