How to ask for a refund
- Send us a message through our contact form with your order number (it’s in your order confirmation email) or the email address you used to buy.
- We refund to your original PayPal payment, usually within 5 business days. PayPal may take a few more days to show it.
- When a refund is made, the Pro license key for that order stops working. CtrlKid keeps working on the free plan.
After 30 days
Because CtrlKid Pro is a digital product that activates instantly, purchases older than 30 days aren’t refundable, except where the law in your country says otherwise. If something isn’t working, contact us anyway: we’ll help you fix it.
Moving to a new computer
A Pro key works on one computer. If you replace that computer, contact us and we’ll move your license. That’s free, not a refund.
